Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to explore the relationship between working married women in some secondary schools in Tizi Ouzou Province and their family interaction. The study sample consisted of 100 working married women during the 2019/2020 academic year. The study revealed a positive and statistically significant relationship between married women's employment and the nature of their family relationships, personal growth of the family, and the family's control and organization. Résumé : Cette étude vise à explorer la relation entre les femmes mariées qui travaillent dans certains établissements secondaires de la province de Tizi Ouzou et leur interaction familiale. L'échantillon de l'étude était composé de 100 femmes mariées qui travaillaient au cours de l'année scolaire 2019/2020. L'étude a révélé une relation positive et statistiquement significative entre l'emploi des femmes mariées et la nature de leurs relations familiales, l'épanouissement personnel de la famille et le contrôle et l'organisation de la famille.
