Abstract
Abstract In this research paper, we address the crimes committed against Algerian women by French colonialism, and ways to obtain compensation. Algerian women were subjected to various violations that are classified as crimes against humanity as stipulated in the Statute of the International Criminal Court. In the context of holding France accountable for its crimes and seeking compensation, some cases were brought before the French judiciary, but they did not realize justice to the victims of crimes against humanity.
