Corporate Governance Of Banks And Its Role In Enhancing The Efficiency Of The Stock Market: A Comparative Study Between Algeria And The Arab Republic Of Egypt

Abstract
this research aims to study the concept of governance and its importance, as well as review its most important principles and know the impact of the proper application of corporate governance for banks in strengthening and stabilizing the stock market, and this is applied to Egypt and Algeria. The study concluded that the success of governance in Egyptian banks is only linked to the establishment of regulatory rules and their proper implementation. As for Algeria: to improve the governance of banks and enhance the efficiency of the stock exchange, the governance experience remains plagued by challenges compared to developed countries.
