This research aims to examine the impact of organizational commitment to integrity and transparency as a means of achieving competitive superiority in Algerian economic organizations. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach and was applied to a purposive sample of 74 employees from Condor Electronics, using a structured questionnaire. Data were analyzed with the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS, version 26). The findings can be summarized as follows: • The perceived level of integrity, transparency, and competitive superiority was high from the perspective of employees. • A statistically significant correlation (α ≤ 0.05) exists between the study variables (integrity and transparency, and competitive superiority). • Simple linear regression analysis confirmed a significant effect of integrity and transparency on competitive superiority among employees of Condor Electronics.
