Abstract
This study aims to assess the impact of implementing UiPath, a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution, on the efficiency of financial reporting at PwC. The research adopts an analytical case study approach based on publicly available data and official reports, focusing on key performance indicators such as processing time, human error rate, operational cost, report quality, and internal control. Findings show significant improvements across all metrics: reporting time was reduced by over 80%, with notable decreases in errors and costs. The study concludes that RPA enhances not only operational efficiency but also transparency and compliance, establishing it as a strategic tool in financial digital transformation.
