الأمن الوظيفي وعلاقته بالأداء المهني لدى مستشاري التوجيه بالمؤسسات التربوية لولاية باتنة

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الأمن الوظيفي والأداء المهني لدى مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني بالمؤسسات التربوية في ولاية باتنة، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على الفروق في استجاباتهم حول مستوى الأمن الوظيفي ومستوى الأداء المهني تبعا لمتغيري الجنس وعدد سنوات الخبرة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، واستخدم الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، من إعداد الباحثين، ويتكون مجتمع الدراسة من 254 مستشارا للتوجيه والارشاد المدرسي والمهني، تم اختيار عينة مكونة من 79 مستشار، أي بنسبة 31.10% من المجتمع الأصلي، وأسفرت الدراسة عن النتائج التالية: -جاء المتوسط العام للأمن الوظيفي بدرجة تقدير متوسطة، مع تباين في مستوياته حسب أبعاده، حيث تراوحت بين المتوسط والضعيف، وتشمل هذه الأبعاد: "الاستقرار الوظيفي، الأمن المهني، الأمن النفسي-الاجتماعي، الأمن القانوني، والأمن الاقتصادي (المادي)". -جاء المتوسط العام للأداء المهني بدرجة تقدير مرتفعة، حسب أبعاده: "أداء الوظيفة، الأداء السياقي، والبعد التكيفي". -وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية قوية دالة إحصائيًا بين درجة الأمن الوظيفي ككل ومستوى الأداء المهني ككل لدى مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني بالمؤسسات التربوية في ولاية باتنة. -عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول مستوى الأمن الوظيفي والأداء المهني تبعا لمتغيري الجنس والخبرة المهنية. Abstract: This study aims to explore the relationship between job security and professional performance among school and career guidance counselors in educational institutions in the Wilaya of Batna. It also seeks to identify whether there are significant differences in their perceptions of job security and professional performance based on gender and years of experience. To achieve these objectives, the researchers adopted a descriptive correlational approach. Data was collected using a questionnaire developed by the researchers. The study population included 254 guidance counselors, from which a sample of 79 participants was selected, representing 31.10% of the total population. The main findings of the study are as follows: -The overall level of perceived job security was moderate, although it varied across its dimensions, which ranged from moderate to low. These dimensions include job stability, professional security, psycho-social security, legal security, and economic (material) security. -The overall level of professional performance was rated high across its various dimensions: task performance, contextual performance, and adaptive performance. -A strong and statistically significant positive correlation was found between overall job security and overall professional performance among the counselors. -No statistically significant differences were found in participants’ responses regarding levels of job security or professional performance based on gender or years of experience.
