الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلي بيان أسس و وسائل الحماية القضائية لحقوق الأفراد في مواجهة انحراف الإدارة العامة بالسلطة و فق ما جاء في التشريع الجزائري. في هذه الورقة، سيتم بيان مفهوم انحراف الإدارة بالسلطة، بالإضافة إلي تحديد الضمانات القضائية الأساسية المتوفرة في النظام القضائي الإداري الجزائري لحماية الحقوق. كما يتناول البحث أهم آليات الحماية المتاحة في جهاز القضاء الإداري. Abstract: This study aims to outline the foundations and means of judicial protection of individual rights against public administration abuse, as stipulated in Algerian legislation. This paper will clarify the concept of administrative abuse, in addition to identifying the basic judicial guarantees available in the Algerian administrative judicial system for the protection of rights. The study also addresses the most important protection mechanisms available within the administrative judiciary.
