الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على ماهرتين جوهرية من مهارات الاتصال هما التفكير الإبداعي والكتابة كاستراتيجيات لإدارة الأزمة داخل المؤسسة المعلومات، وذلك من خلال الإحاطة بأدبيات هاتين الماهرتين، وإبراز أهميتهم المتبلورة وفق توجهات الموظفين، وكانت نتيجة هذه الدراسة أن هذه المهارات ذات بعد تكاملي وفق وجهة نظر استشرافية تبرز كفاءة الفرد داخل المؤسسة في مواجهة الأزمة. This study aims to shed light on two essential communication skills, namely creative thinking and writing as crisis management strategies within the administrative organization, by taking note of the literature of these two skills, and highlighting their importance crystallized according to the orientations of employees.the result of this study was that these skills have an integrative dimension according to a forward-looking point of view that highlights the efficiency of the individual within the organization in the face of the crisis.
