Artificial intelligence is one of the most pressing contemporary challenges facing international corporate law. Its integration into decision-making within multinational corporations has generated new issues related to governance, transparency, and legal responsibility. This research examines the impact of artificial intelligence on the legal framework regulating companies, focusing on the extent to which international rules can adapt to rapid technological change, It also highlights the risks of relying on algorithms in commercial and financial decisions and the obligations and liabilities that follow. The study finds that the lack of a unified international legal framework increases the vulnerability of legal systems in the digital age. Accordingly, it calls for the adoption of new rules founded on transparency, accountability, and harmonization to balance innovation with the protection of the public interest.
