Abstract
Abstract: Following World War II and the resulting human suffering, and starting with the establishment of the United Nations, there has been a focus on international peace and security as one of the organization's core principles. The Security Council was tasked with the mission of maintaining international peace, including the deployment of international peacekeeping forces in conflict zones. These forces are provided with all necessary resources to ensure the success of their operations, including military and technical support.
