Through SWOT and PESTEL analyses, the findings reveal that the company's success is rooted in technological innovation, commitment to sustainability, and building a strong reputation that enhances investor and customer confidence. The results demonstrate that this approach reduces risks, enhances adaptability to market changes, and unlocks long-term growth opportunities, positioning Tesla as a pioneering model in leveraging social responsibility as a strategic tool to strengthen its market position
