Artificial Intelligence Between Theory And The Necessity Of Application: Presenting The Singaporean Experience In Ai Implementation

Abstract
This study aimed to shed light on the reality of artificial intelligence in Singapore, as one of the world's leading countries in this field. We presented an overview of the current state of AI and how it has become critically important across various sectors worldwide. The study then focused on Singapore’s experience in greater detail. The research reached several conclusions, most notably the significant role that artificial intelligence plays globally. It also found that Singapore’s experience is pioneering and practical in adopting AI across multiple domains, offering a model that can be emulated and learned from in terms of implementation and application. الملخص: الملخص كان الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو محاولة تسليط الضوء على واقع الذكاء الإصطناعي في سنغافورة، بإعتبارها أحد أهم الدول الرائدة عالميا في هذا المجال، حيث قدمنا لمحة عامة حول الذكاء الإصطناعي في العالم، وكيف أصبح ذو أهمية كبيرة في مختلف القطاعات حول العالم، ثم ركزت الدراسة على التجربة السنغافورية بمزبد من التفصيل، وعرض أهم مجالات تطبيق الذكاء الإصطناعي في هذه الأخيرة، توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: الدور الكبير الذي أصبح يلعبة الذكاء الإصطناعي على المستوى العالمي، كما خلصت الدراسة إلى أن التجربة السنغافورية هي تجربة رائدة وعملية في تبني الذكاء الإصطناعي في مجالات مختلفة، مما يقدم نموذجا يمكن الإقتداء به والإستفادة منه من حيث التنفيذ والتطبيق
