Towards The Modern Approach To Rescuing Financially Distressed Enterprises

Abstract

Abstract : Commercial and economic institutions play an essential role in society and the economy; however, they may face financial difficulties. Traditionally, bankruptcy procedures were applied to these institutions in cases of payment default. However, this system often resulted in negative social and economic impacts. Consequently, modern mechanisms have been developed to facilitate early detection of financial distress, thus allowing for preventive measures to avoid insolvency and facilitate the recovery of distressed enterprises. تكتسي المؤسسات التجارية أو الاقتصادية أهمية بالغة لما لها من أثار اجتماعية واقتصادية، إلا أن هذه المؤسسات يمكن أن تمر بصعوبات مالية، وغالبا ما كان يطبق عليها نظام الإفلاس في حالة توقفها عن الدفع، لكن صاحب هذا النظام أثار سلبية على الصعيد الاجتماعي والاقتصادي، مما اتجه التفكير إلى خلق آليات حديثة تسمح بالكشف المبكر عن العجز بغرض تجنب تأزم الوضع والإنهاض بالمؤسسة.
