دور البحث العلمي في التنمية المستدامة: الاسهامات والمعوقات

الملخص
تهتم هذه الورقة البحثية بتسليط الضوء على اسهامات البحث العلمي في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. وإبراز الصعوبات التي تعترض البحث العلمي في تحقيق اهداف التنمية. تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي باعتباره ملائما لهذه الدراسة النظرية، وتم التوصل في نهاية الورقة البحثية الى ضرورة تعزيز مكانة البحث العلمي وربطه بالواقع المعاش، واستغلال نتائجه لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. وقدمت الدراسة بعض التوصيات أهمها ضرورة وضع استراتيجية وتحديد اهداف البحث العلمي ورصد الميزانيات الكافية، ووضع تصور شامل للتنمية المستدامة تشترك في تنفيذه مختلف القطاعات This research paper focuses on highlighting the contributions of scientific research in achieving sustainable development. Moreover, it highlights the difficulties that hinder scientific research in achieving development goals. The descriptive approach was used as being appropriate for this theoretical study. At the end of the research paper, it was concluded that it is necessary to strengthen the status of scientific research and link it to realities, and to exploit its results to achieve sustainable development. The study presented some recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity of developing a strategy, defining the goals of scientific research, allocating adequate budgets, and developing a comprehensive vision for sustainable development in which various sectors participate in its implementation.
