تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال كأداة لترقية خدمات القطاع العام: دراسة ميدانية

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة للوقوف على دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في ترقية الخدمة العمومية ببعض بلديات ولاية المدية، وقد طبقت هذه الدراسة على عينة مكونة من140 موظف إداري، تم توزيع عليهم الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات وقد تم استخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية أهمها: المتوسط الحسابي التكرارات، الانحدار البسيط، ومعامل ألفا كرونباخ، وذلك بالاعتماد على برنامج SPSS، وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أنه يوجد دور لتطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في ترقية الخدمة العمومية في البلديات محل الدراسة، كما قدمت مجموعة من التوصيات التي تخدم الدراسة. This study aimed to identify the role of information and communication technology in the promotion of public service in some municipalities of the state of Medea, this study was applied to a sample of 140 administrative staff, and the questionnaire was distributed to them as a tool for data collection and a set of statistical methods were used, the most important of which are the arithmetic mean, frequencies, simple regression, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient: Arithmetic mean, frequencies, simple regression, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient, using the SPSS programmer. This study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that there is a role for the application of ICT in the promotion of public service in the municipalities under study, and a set of recommendations that serve the study.
