It targets postgraduate students, professors and all researchers, whether in research or academic circles, government departments or economic institutions at the national and international levels. The research is published in three languages: Arabic, English and French.

الملخص: يعدّ مفهوم إدارة التسويق الشبكي من المفاهيم الإدارية الحديثة التي برزت في قطاع الأعمال نتيجة للتغيرات الاقتصادية، الاجتماعية، والتكنولوجية . ذلك أن منظمات الأعمال بحاجة ماسة في الوقت الحاضر للأخذ بالممارسات الحديثة للإدارة، فالتغيرات الداخلية والخارجية في البيئة الحالية تفرض إعادة النظر في سياساتها وممارساتها . فنجاح المؤسسات وهى تدخل القرن الواحد والعشرين سيعتمد على قدرتها في تبنى ممارسات إدارية حديثة.

Le microcrédit à travers le dispositif Angem et son impact en Algérie

Résumé: Devenu opérationnel depuis 2004, le dispositif de microcrédit ANGEM (Agence nationale de gestion du micro crédit) représente un des instruments de réalisation de la politique de gouvernement en matière de lutte contre le chômage et la précarité durant cette phase de transition vers l'économie de marché. En effet, outre les potentialités financières, le pays recèle deux grands gisements, d'un côté les jeunes avec leur potentiel créatif et leur volonté de se frayer un chemin dans la vie, et de l'autre coté les vastes opportunités en termes d'agriculture, de services, de la petite transformation et de l’artisanat, c'est la voie de rapprochement de ces deux gisements que tente d’emprunter ce dispositif en s'accordant une convention avec l'ensemble des institutions bancaires, qui jouent un rôle très essentiel au succès de cette démarche. Une réflexion sur ce sujet s’impose et se fixe l’objectif d’examiner à partir du bilan cumulé arrêté au mois de décembre 2014, si la mise en œuvre du dispositif ANGEM en Algérie, pays en mal de développement, a un impact favorable sur la création de micro entreprises, la résorption du chômage et la réduction de la précarité de personnes notamment les femmes.

الملخص: هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة أثر مخاطر تكنولوجيا المعلومات على المكونات الخمس للرقابة الداخلية وعلى مسئولية مراجعى الحسابات تجاه تلك المخاطر وقد خلصت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها ان لمخاطر تكنولوجيا المعلومات أثر بالغ على نظام وهيكل الرقابة الداخلية ،حيث سيتسع نطاق ومهام نظام الرقابة الداخلية ومن ثم تعرضه لمزيد من المخاطر ( كمخاطر تتعلق باختفاء الدليل المادى الملموس ،مخاطر تتعلق بسند المراجعة وسهولة التلاعب والغش ،مخاطر الفيروسات ...... أخ ) تلك المخاطر جعلت مكونات وعناصر هيكل الرقابة الداخلية الخمس المتعارف عليها غير كافية لرقابة أنشطة تكنولوجيا المعلومات مما تطلب ضرورة تعديلها لتتلاءم مع أنشطة وخصائص تكنولوجيا المعلومات كإضافة عنصر الاستجابة للمخاطر وعنصر التوافق والتكامل بين النواحى الإدارية –ا لتكنولوجية – القانونية مع موقع المنشأة على net .

Résumé: In this paper, we examine the impact of customer relationship management (CRM) on firm performance and exploring the theoretical foundations of customer relationship management and its relationship to the marketing performance from the several perspectives Many companies today have a corporate mission that focuses on the customer. “To be number one in delivering value to customers” is a typical mission statement. A company is performing from its customers’ perspective has become, therefore, a priority for top management. The balanced scorecard allows that managers translate their general mission statement on customer service into specific measures that reflect the factors that really matter to customers. The study finings concluded positive relationship between CRM and marketing performance, and being effect of the dimensions of CRM on marketing performance in institutions.

دراسة التزام المؤسسات الجزائرية بمتطلبات النظام المحاسبي المالي المتعلقة بالمحتوى المعلوماتي للقوائم المالية

الملخص: ملخص يعتبر التحول إلى النظام المحاسبي المالي ثورة في واقع المؤسسات الجزائرية، لأن هذا النظام يخرج عن الإطار القاري المعهود ويتبنى فلسفة محاسبية لم تكن معروفة من قبل، مرتبطة بالنظام المحاسبي الأنجلوسكسوني ألا وهي فلسفة التقرير المالي. وقد فرض النظام المحاسبي المالي تقديم قدر كبير من المعلومات من حيث عدد القوائم المالية الإجبارية ومن حيث محتواها. يهدف المقال إلى معرفة ما إن كان هناك التزام من طرف المؤسسات الجزائرية بما فرضه النظام المحاسبي المالي فيما يخص العرض (شكل القوائم المالية) والإفصاح (المحتوى المعلوماتي). Abstract The switch to the financial accounting system is regarded as an unprecedented change in the practice of Algerian companies. It goes beyond the continental framework of the "chart of accounts", embracing a financial reporting philosophy, close to the Anglo-Saxon accounting model. Since its promulgation in 2007, the SCF has made the publication of a number of fairly informative financial statements mandatory. The purpose of this paper is to find out to what extent Algerian companies comply with the form and content requirements of the financial statements they publish.

الملخص: ملخص تنتج معلومات المؤسسة من نظامها المحاسبي الذي يتفاوت في التطور من مؤسسة إلى أخرى، فمن نظم بدائية تقتصر على إنتاج البيانات المحاسبية الإجبارية الموجهة لإرضاء الالتزامات الجبائية، إلى أخرى متطورة تنتج معلومات التسيير بصفة منتظمة وتستعمل من طرف المسيرين لأغراض تحقيق الرقابة وتدعيم عملية اتخاذ القرار. انطلاقا من عينة مكونة من61 مؤسسة لولاية سطيف، ترمي هذه الدراسة إلى تحقيق هدفين أساسيين: تحليل الممارسات المحاسبية (المحاسبة العامة، حساب التكاليف، التحليل المالي..) وتحديد العوامل الكفيلة بتفسيرها .التعرف على أهم محددات درجة تطور النظم المحاسبية لمؤسسات العينة من خلال تحليل العوامل الظرفية الهيكلية والسلوكية (الحجم، قطاع النشاط، دور المحاسب داخل المؤسسة..) Résumé Quel que soit son degré de développement, le système comptable de l'entreprise demeure la principale source d'information de celle-ci. Au delà des systèmes comptables traditionnels visant la satisfaction des obligations fiscales, il existe d'autres systèmes plus élaborés produisant des informations de gestion facilitant ainsi la prise de décision et le contrôle. A partir d'un échantillon de 61 entreprises de la wilaya de Sétif (toutes tailles confondues), cet article poursuit deux objectifs majeurs, le premier consiste à décrire les pratiques comptables (comptabilité générale, calcul de coûts, analyse financière...) pour tenter de mieux comprendre les caractéristiques dominantes des systèmes comptables mis en place. Le second cherche à identifier les principaux déterminants susceptibles d'expliquer la complexité de ces systèmes, en analysant les facteurs de contingence d'ordre structurel et comportemental.

الملخص: الملخص: تتناول هذه المقالة دراسة مدى تطبيق القياس والإفصاح المحاسبي عن المسؤولية الإجتماعية للمؤسسات، وتأتي أهمية البحث من الحاجة الماسة إلى ضرورة اعتراف الوحدات الإقتصادية بمسؤوليتها الإجتماعية و تقيدها بالإفصاح عن ذلك بشكل مفصل. ولغرض الوقوف على ذلك سيحاول البحث بيان كيفية القياس المحاسبي عن المسؤولية الإجتماعية للوحدات الإقتصادية من خلال قياس التكاليف والعوائد الإجتماعية، ومن ثم إيجاد نماذج للإفصاح المحاسبي عن مختلف الأنشطة الإجتماعية التي تقوم بها هذه المؤسسات تجاه مختلف الأطراف ذات المصالح من: العاملين، البيئة، المجتمع، العملاء وتطوير المنتج،...بطريقة مدمجة ضمن قوائمها المالية السنوية أو بطريقة منفصلة ضمن تقارير المسؤولية الإجتماعية السنوية. وقد خلص البحث إلى أن المؤسسات في عالم اليوم يجب عليها أن تغوص في أعماقها، وأن تسعى نحو الإبداع في تبنيها من خلال القياس المحاسبي لمسؤوليتها الإجتماعية و الإفصاح عنها بشكل مفصل و شامل. الكلمات المفتاحية: المسؤولية الإجتماعية، القياس المحاسبي عن المسؤولية الإجتماعية، الإفصاح المحاسبي عن المسؤولية الإجتماعية. Abstract : This article examines the extent to which accounting measurement and disclosure of corporate social responsibility are applied. The importance of the research stems from the urgent need for the economic units to recognize their social responsibility and restrict them to disclose this in detail. In order to identify this, the research will attempt to show how accounting is measured on the social responsibility of the economic units by measuring the social costs and benefits and thus finding models for the accounting disclosure of the various social activities carried out by these entreprises towards the various parties with interests: employees, environment, Customers and product development ...in a manner that is consolidated into their annual financial statements or separately in the annual social responsibility reports. The research concluded that entreprises in today's world must sink deep into their depths and strive to innovate in adopting them through the accounting measurement of their social responsibility and their detailed and comprehensive disclosure.
