Knowledge Sharing’s Impact On Stimulating Managerial Creativity Among Employees In The Port Institution Of Skikda

Abstract
the study Examine the impact of knowledge sharing on fostering managerial creativity among employees in the Port Institution of Skikda is the aim of this research. To achieve this objective, a survey was conducted among a sample of 39 employees. The research adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, utilizing a questionnaire for data collection. The analysis of results revealed that variations in managerial creativity among employees in the Port Institution of Skikda are explained by the process of knowledge sharing, with a significance level of (0.001). This indicates a statistically significant impact of knowledge sharing on fostering managerial creativity within the Port Institution of Skikda. L’ étude vise à analyser l’impact du partage des connaissances sur la stimulation de la créativité managériale chez les employés de l’Entreprise Portuaire de Skikda. Pour atteindre cet objectif, une enquête a été menée auprès d’un échantillon de 39 employés. La recherche a adopté une approche descriptive et analytique, en utilisant un questionnaire comme outil de collecte de données. L’analyse des résultats a révélé que les variations dans la créativité managériale des employés de l’Entreprise Portuaire de Skikda s’expliquent par le processus de partage des connaissances, avec un niveau de signification de (0,001). Cela indique un impact statistiquement significatif du partage des connaissances sur la stimulation de la créativité managériale au sein de l’institution.
