الملخص
يعد الفساد ظاهرة خطيرة استفحلت بقوة خصوصا في السنوات الأخيرة، الأمر الذي فرض على دول العالم التصدي لها من خلال البحث عن آليات لذلك، والجزائر على غرار هذه الدول وفي ظل التطور التكنولوجي الحديث عملت على تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية من خلال رقمنة العديد من القطاعات للتصدي لهذه الظاهرة والحد منها. Corruption is a dangerous phenomenon that has become increasingly prevalent, especially in recent years, which has forced countries around the world to confront it by searching for mechanisms to do so. Algeria, like these countries and in light of modern technological development, has worked to implement e-administration by digitizing many sectors to confront and limit this phenomenon.
