Abstract
In light of the widespread and alarming development of corruption as a global phenomenon, the inability of traditional institutional mechanisms to combat it, as well as globalisation and its resulting destruction of societal values and increase in the spread of social ills, Algerian legislators, like their counterparts elsewhere, have sought to create carefully studied strategies and mechanisms to address all aspects of the problem. This has been reflected in the establishment of new institutions and agencies as a mechanism to combat and prevent the phenomenon. في ظل الانتشار الواسع والتطور المخيف للفساد كظاهرة عالمية، وعجز الآليات المؤسساتية التقليدية لمواجهتها، وكذا العولمة وما أسفرت عنه من تهديم لقيم المجتمعات وزيادة انتشار الآفات، عمد المشرع الجزائري على غرار باقي التشريعات إلى خلق استراتيجيات وآليات دقيقة الدراسة للإحاطة بجميع جوانب المشكلة، مجسدا ذلك في انشاء مؤسسات وأجهزة جديدة كآلية لمواجهة الظاهرة والوقاية منها.
