اضطراب طيف التوحد والاضطرابات المستعصية دراسة وصفية لمدى التطابق Autism Spectrum Disorder And Intractable Disorders A Descriptive Study Of The Extent Of Conformity

الملخص
ان أكثر ما تسعى اليه هذه الدراسة من خلال هذا الموضوع المهم الذي يرتبط بمتغيرين مهمين اولهما اضطراب طيف التوحد الذي يعد من أعقد الاضطرابات واصعبها تشخيصا وعلاجا، وثانيهما الاضطرابات والامراض المستعصية، الى محاولة ابراز وتوضيح مدى تتطابق ميزات وخصائص الاضطرابات المستعصية مع خصوصيات اضطراب طيف التوحد وخصائصه، ومحاولة تحديد درجة التطابق الحاصلة بينهما، بالإضافة الى تقييم مدى إمكانية تصنيف اضطراب طيف التوحد ضمن فئة الاضطرابات المستعصية والمعقدة، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الملائم لهدف الدراسة وطبيعتها، وللإجابة على التساؤلات تم الاعتماد على قائمة تقديرية لمدى تطابق خصائص الاضطرابات المستعصية مع خصوصية اضطراب طيف التوحد، تم تطبيقها على عينة قوامها 94 مشاركا، (اساتذة باحثين، مختصين ممارسين)، وتوصلت النتائج الى تحقق الفرضية القائلة بان خصائص اضطراب التوحد تتطابق وتتوافق مع خصائص وميزات الاضطرابات المستعصية بدرجة كبيرة ومنه اعتبار اضطراب طيف التوحد من الاضطرابات المستعصية. Through this study, we seek to address two important variables, namely autism spectrum disorder and intractable disorders. The study aims to attempt to determine the extent of compatibility between them in terms of characteristics and features, It also seeks to determine the degree of overlap between them, as well as to assess the possibility of classifying autism spectrum disorder within the category of intractable and complex disorders, The study employed a descriptive methodology suitable for its objective and nature, To address the research questions, an evaluative checklist was used to measure the extent of correspondence between the characteristics of intractable disorders and the specificities of autism spectrum disorder. This checklist was administered to a sample of 94 participants, including research professors and practicing specialists, The results supported the hypothesis that the characteristics of autism spectrum disorder significantly align and correspond with the features and characteristics of intractable disorders. Consequently, the study suggests considering autism spectrum disorder as one of the intractable disorders.
