In light of the development and expansion of the global economy, together with the phenomenon of economic globalisation, institutions have been forced to make changes in administrative thought and to search for modern creative management methods, all the way through creating the appropriate administrative environment, changing management mechanisms, and adopting modern programs that support the efficiency and effectiveness of the institution, inclusive of changing the orientation thereof in human resources management by focusing on the human element as the essence of the creative process. Unquestionably, when talking about creativity from an interactive perspective between the individual and the surrounding variables, we cannot fail to notice a fundamental organisational variable that has an effective impact on the creative abilities of individuals. Thus, we aim, through this study, to clarify the impact of the leader’s beliefs on the creative abilities of his subordinates, as leaders influence the behaviours of others and accordingly develop their creative abilities by opening space for them and encouraging them to face the problems and difficulties they confront while performing their jobs.
