The Intersection Of Climate Change And Economic Water Challenges

Authors : Djellab Mohamed . Heriz Hichem .

Abstract

The intersection of climate change and economic water challenges presents a critical issue for many regions globally. Climate change is significantly altering precipitation patterns, intensifying droughts, and exacerbating extreme weather events, all of which place additional stress on water resources. As these changes occur, they not only threaten the availability and quality of water but also have profound economic impacts, particularly in water-scarce regions. In summary, climate change and economic water challenges are deeply interconnected, and addressing them requires a comprehensive, multi-sectoral approach that takes into account the local and global implications for both human and environmental systems.
