The Impact Of Research And Development In Reducing Costs For Startups In The Renewable Energy Sector In Algeria

Abstract
The disappointing expansion of new firms in the renewable energy sector has garnered the interest of policymakers, analysts, and researchers. This research offers insight into the resources and actions that contribute to a reduction in the costs of their projects. Building on the work of previous researchers who contributed to a quicker understanding of the initial cycle of startups, a global exploratory study was conducted to assess the connections between research and development investment and cost reduction in startups in the renewable energy sector. Furthermore, a qualitative supplementary study was undertaken to increase the rigor of the research findings in the Algerian context.
