جنوح الأحداث في الجزائر من السلوك الانحرافي إلى الاندماج الإجتماعي

الملخص
من القضايا الأساسية التي يعاني منها أفراد المجتمع خاصـة في الفــــترة الراهـــنة نــجد جنوح الأحداث في المــجتمع الجزائري والتي عرفـت تزايـــدا سريـعا ومقلقا، بل وأصــبحت تحــدث مظاهر قد تعجز النظريات عن تحــليلها، وقد تحـــدث اضـــطرابا في العـــقل وتســجل خللا في المنــطق، ومن تم نسجل الصعوبة المتوقعة لإيجاد الطرق الملائــمة لعلاجـــها أو التخـــفيف من حــدتها وأثارها. فجنوح الأحداث يعتبر من السلوك الإنحرافي بارتكاب مختلف الجرائم وفي سن مبكرة وهــذا لنــتائج ودوافع ولأسباب مختلفة، فمن الأسباب الأسرية من صراعات زواجية وصراعـات فـي الأدوار وهو ما يدفع إلى التـــفكك الاســـري بالانفـــصال، أو حدوت عــــنف أو الاستـقلال للذات في الاتجاه المـخالف والــسلبي من أفراد الأســرة، وقيم المجتـــــمع وضوابــطه إلى احتضــان الشارع. لذا نرى من الواجــب أن يعاد إدماج هذا الحدث بالطرق المنظمة والمـــدروسة، واعتبار هذا الانحراف كنتيجة لمجموعة من الاسّـــباب التي يمكن معالجتها بالطرق المختلفة، منها اكساب ثقافة الحوار الأسرى وحتى في المؤسـسات التعليمية، واكتـــساب ثقافة التــعامل مع جنوح الاحــداث بالطــــرق السليمة والفعّالة. Among the basic issues that members of society suffer from, especially in the current period, we find juvenile delinquency in Algerian society, which has witnessed a rapid and disturbing increase, and has even begun to produce manifestations that theories may be unable to analyse, and may cause a disturbance in the mind and record a defect in logic, and from that, we record the expected difficulty in finding Appropriate ways to treat it or mitigate its severity and effects. Juvenile delinquency is considered deviant behavior by committing various crimes at an early age, and this has different results, motives, and reasons, Among the family reasons are marital conflicts and conflicts in roles, which leads to family disintegration through separation, or the occurrence of violence, or self-independence in the opposite and negative direction from family members, and values Society and its controls to embrace the street. Therefore, we believe that it is necessary to reintegrate this event in organized and studied ways, and to consider this deviation as a result of a group of causes that can be addressed in various ways, including creating a culture of prisoner dialogue and even in educational institutions, and acquiring a culture of dealing with juvenile delinquency in sound and effective ways.
