الملخص
لا يستطيع الباحث قي ميدان جنوح الأحداث أن يغفل دراسة دور المدرسة في حياة الحدث ليس كقوة وقائية يمكن أن تحول دون انحرافه أو كقوة علاجية يمكن أن تلعب دورا إيجابيا في تقويمه إذا انحرف بل كقوة سببية يمكن أن تخلق بذاتها حالات من الانحراف . من هذا المنطلق يمكن طرح الإشكال المحوري لهذا البحث المتمثل في الكشف عن العلاقة بين قصور المدرسة في أداء رسالتها التربوية في وقاية الأحداث من الانحراف وحالات الجنوح ، و ما هي حقيقة إسهام المدرسة المباشر أو غير المباشر في نشوء الانحراف أو الجنوح ؟. The researcher in the field of juvenile delinquency cannot neglect studying the role of the school in the life of the juvenile, not as a preventive force that can prevent his delinquency or as a therapeutic force that can play a positive role in correcting him if he deviates, but rather as a causal force that can itself create cases of deviance. From this standpoint, the central problem of this research can be raised, which is to reveal the relationship between the school’s failure to perform its educational mission in protecting juveniles from delinquency , and what is the truth about the school’s direct or indirect contribution to the emergence of deviance or delinquency?
