Abstract
Abstract: The National Observatory for Civil Society was created under the revised and strengthened 2020 Constitution. Presidential Decree 21-139 outlined its objectives, creation, and operation. The Observatory serves as an advisory body to the President of the Republic, providing a platform for dialogue, consultation, and the exchange of ideas on issues related to civil society. The National Observatory for Civil Society strives to engage civil society and foster national values, democratic practices, and citizenship.
