اتجاهات طلبة الجامعة الجزائرية نحو ريادة الأعمال الخضراء وأثرها في نواياهم الريادية الخضراء: دراسة تطبيقية

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار أثر اتجاهات طلبة الجامعة الجزائرية نحو ريادة الأعمال الخضراء في نواياهم الريادية الخضراء، وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، و الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، والتي وُزعت على عينة عشوائية بسيطة تضم 275 طالبًا وطالبة من السنة الثالثة الليسانس بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة جيجل، الجزائر، تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS الإصدار 23، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن اتجاهات الطلبة المبوحوثين نحو ريادة الأعمال الخضراء جاءت إيجابية، وأن مستوى نواياهم الريادية الخضراء جاء مرتفعًا، كما تبين وجود أثر إيجابي دال إحصائيًا لاتجاهات الطلبة المبحوثين نحو ريادة الأعمال الخضراء في نواياهم الريادية الخضراء، بالإضافة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى النية الريادية الخضراء بين الطلبة المبحوثين تعزى لاختلاف مكان إقامتهم، وكان ذلك لصالح الطلبة الذين يعيشون في الريف. This study aims to examine the impact of Algerian university students' attitudes toward green entrepreneurship on their green entrepreneurial intention, relying on the descriptive method and the questionnaire as a data collection tool, The questionnaire was distributed to a simple random sample of 275 third-year undergraduate students from the Faculty of Economics, Commercial, and Management Sciences at the University of Jijel, Algeria, The data were analyzed using SPSS version 23, The findings demonstrated that the students who participated in the research had positive attitudes toward green entrepreneurship, and that the level of their green entrepreneurial intentions was high, Additionally a statistically significant positive impact of attitudes toward green entrepreneurship on students' green entrepreneurial intention was found, Furthermore there were statistically significant differences in the level of green entrepreneurial intention among students based on their place of residence, in favor of students living in rural areas.
