المقاولاتية الاجتماعية كأداة لتحقيق التنمية الاجتماعية: دروس مستفادة من التجربة الأمريكية

الملخص
تستهدف هذه الدراسة بيان دور المقاولاتية الإجتماعية في تحقيق التنمية الاجتماعية في ضوء التجربة الأمريكية، ولتحقيق ذلك تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من أهمها: المقاولاتية الإجتماعية سبيل ناجع لتحقيق التنمية الإجتماعية بأقل مستوى من إهدار الموارد الطبيعية وبأدنى قدر من الإضرار البيئي، وبأكبر مؤشر لإنعاش الاقتصاد الأخضر وأعلى أداء للخدمة المجتمعية، كما خلصت الدراسة إلى أن المقاولاتية الإجتماعية تحتاج إلى أربعة عوامل أساسية هي: دور المقاول الاجتماعي وسماته المميزة، الإعتماد على الابتكار الاجتماعي، التركيز على الهدف الاجتماعي وحيازة الرأس المال الاجتماعي. وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة نشر التعليم الريادي بين الأفراد في جميع مراحل التعليم، مع التركيز على خدمة المجتمع، وأيضا العمل على الدعاية الإعلامية، وفتح القنوات والفضاءات والوسائط لأجل حفز وتشجيع بدء إنشاء وتأسيس المقاولات الإجتماعية. This study aims to explain the role of social entrepreneurship in achieving social development in light of the American experience. To achieve this, the descriptive analytical approach was used. The study concluded that social entrepreneurship is an effective way to achieve social development with the lowest level of waste of natural resources, minimum amount of environmental damage, and with the largest indicator of reviving the green economy and the highest performance of community service. The study also concluded that social entrepreneurship requires four basic factors: the role of the social entrepreneur through its distinctive characteristics, reliance on social innovation, focus on the social goal, and possession of social capital. The study recommended the necessity of spreading entrepreneurship education among individuals at all levels of education, with a focus on community service, and also working on media propaganda in order to stimulate and encourage individuals to move towards social entrepreneurship.
