الملخص
تعالج هذه الدراسة حرب أكتوبر 1973، التي اندلعت في ظل ظروف إقليمية ودولية متوترة نتيجة الاحتلال الإسرائيلي لأراضٍ عربية عام 1967. جاءت الحرب كاستجابة للتحديات التي فرضتها تلك المرحلة، سبقتها تطورات إقليمية واستعدادات داخلية وخارجية. ورغم النجاحات الأولية، شهدت الحرب تدخلًا دوليًا مكثفًا، خاصة من الولايات المتحدة التي دعمت إسرائيل عسكريًا ولوجستيًا. هذا الدعم أدى إلى تغير موازين القوى تدريجيًا، ما دفع الأطراف إلى قبول وقف إطلاق النار برعاية الأمم المتحدة. أسفرت الحرب عن نتائج عسكرية وسياسية مهمة. This study addresses the October War of 1973, which broke out amidst tense regional and international circumstances following Israel's occupation of Arab territories in 1967. The war emerged as a response to the challenges of that period, preceded by regional developments and internal and external preparations. Despite the initial successes, the war witnessed intense international intervention, particularly from the United States, which provided military and logistical support to Israel. This support gradually shifted the balance of power, leading the parties to accept a ceasefire brokered by the United Nations. The war resulted in significant military and political outcomes.
