الملخص
تعالج الدراسة البنية الاجتماعية التي سادت بلاد المغرب القديم، والأوجه التي برزت من خلالها أشكال التجمع السكاني، والمتميزة باختلاف أنماطها حيث تعددت؛ من مظهر ريفي إلى حضري، مما أدى ، إلى تنوع النسيج الاجتماعي، الذي سعت السلطة الرومانية إلى إلغاء النظم والأسس القائم عليها، والقضاء على التوازن السائد، بغية صهره في الواقع الروماني، ولإبراز ذلك بينا الآليات، التي سعت من خلالها إلى دمج الكيان المغاربي، ضمن سياق المنظومة الاجتماعية، وصهر خصائص ومميزات التجمعات المغاربية، في إطار نسق اجتماعي موحد، مع إظهار التطور الطارئ عليها، في ظل الإجراءات والتشريعات الرومانية، لتبيان مواطن التفاعل والآليات، التي تحكمت في إحداث انعكاسات على النظم المحلية، خلال الفترة الرومانية. Abstract: The study addresses the social structure that prevailed in ancient Maghreb, and the aspects through which forms of population aggregation emerged, characterized by different patterns ranging from rural to urban, which resulted in a diversity of social fabric. The Roman authority sought to abolish the existing systems and foundations and to eliminate the prevailing balance, aiming to merge it into the Roman reality. To illustrate this, we highlighted the mechanisms through which it sought to integrate the Maghreb entity within the context of the social system, blending the characteristics and features of Maghreb communities into a unified social framework, while demonstrating the developmental changes that occurred under Roman regulations and legislation, to clarify the points of interaction and the mechanisms that governed the impact on local systems during the Roman period.
