The Impact Of Economic, Environmental, And Social Sustainability On Customer Focus In The Context Of Digitalisation And Quality Management: A Field Study On A Sample Of Algerian Companies

Abstract

This study aims to identify the impact of economic, environmental, and social sustainability on customer focus under digitalization and quality management in a sample of Algerian companies. The questionnaire was used to collect primary data using the convenience sampling method from 57 companies in the Algerian West in Mascara and Mostaganem states. SPSS version 26 was used to present descriptive statistics, and Smart PLS 4 was used to conduct statistical tests related to the structural equation modelling (SEM) method that was followed in this study. The results showed that economic and social sustainability has a significant impact on customer centricity, while environmental sustainability did not show any significant effect.
