الملخص
الملخص: تهدف الدراسة التي أجريت على مؤسسةCNAS إلى فهم مدى تأثير نظم المعلومات التي تعتمد على المعالجة الآلية على الإبداع التنظيمي في المؤسسة، حيث اتضح من الدراسة هو تحليل كيفية تجسيد هذه النظم في مختلف جوانب التنظيم الإداري، ومحاولة فهم العلاقة بين هذا التجسيد وظهور أشكال من الإبداع التنظيمي، فمؤسسة CNAS تعتمد بشكل فعّال على نظم المعلومات التي تستخدم المعالجة الآلية، وأن هذه النظم متقدمة ومؤهلة وتُطبق بشكل جيد في استخدام واستغلال المعلومات ودعم القرارات الإدارية، بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تشير الدراسة إلى وجود مظاهر ملموسة للإبداع التنظيمي في مؤسسة CNASمما يعكس أن النظم المعلوماتية المعالجة آليًا قد ساهمت في تعزيز هذا الإبداع. وأخيرًا، أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك علاقة إيجابية وذات دلالة إحصائية بين استخدام نظم المعلومات المعالجة آليًا في CNAS وظهور الإبداع التنظيمي، مما يدل على أهمية توجيه الاهتمام والاستثمار في هذه النظم لتعزيز الأداء والتميز في المؤسسة. Abstract : The study conducted at CNAS aims to understand the impact of information systems that rely on automated processing on organizational creativity in the organization. The study showed an analysis of how these systems are embodied in various aspects of administrative organization, and trying to understand the relationship between this embodiment and the emergence of forms of organizational creativity, CNAS institution relies effectively on information systems that use automated processing, These systems are advanced, qualified and well-applied in using and exploiting information and supporting administrative decisions. In addition, the study indicates the presence of tangible manifestations of organizational creativity at CNAS institution, reflecting that automated information systems have contributed to enhancing this creativity. Finally, the study results showed that there is a positive and statistically significant relationship between the use of automated information systems in CNAS and the emergence of organizational creativity, which indicates the importance of directing attention and investment in these systems to enhance performance and excellence in the organization.
