The Commitment Of Algerain State Which Ensure Economic And Social Rights And Preserve Its Social Rôle

Abstract
This stady aimsto show the rôle of algerain state in the Field of the réalisation of economic and social rights as right of second génération such as the right to house, a job, Food, Heath protection and education ,where is the rôle of the state in achieving these righst positive. while the right of first génération such as politic and civil Rights, The rights of first génération must not be broken by the state or its autorités تقوم هذه الدراسة على تبيان دور الدولة الجزائرية في إعمال الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي تمثل الجيل الثاني من حقوق الإنسان وهي حقوق مطلوب توفيرها للإنسان مثل: الحق في العمل والمسكن والغذاء والرعاية الصحية والتعليم، أين يكون دور الدولة في هذه الحقوق دور إيجابي. على عكس حقوق الجيل الأول والمتمثلة في الحقوق السياسية والمدنية التي في مجملها حقوق تتحقق بالامتناع الدولة عن الاعتداء عليها سواء من السلطة العليا أو من أي جهة أخرى.
