الانسحاب النفسي من العمل لدى حملة شهادة الدكتوراه الموظفين خارج قطاع التعليم العالي Psychological Withdrawal From Work For Employed Ph.d Outside The Higher Education Sector

الملخص

هدفت هاته الدراسة الى معرفة مستويات الانسحاب من العمل لدى حملة الدكتوراه الذين يمارسون أنشطة خارج محيط الجامعة بولاية المسيلة، حيث قام الباحث باختبار مقياس الانسحاب النفسي من العمل المتكون من خمسة أبعاد (أحلام اليقظة، التظاهر بالانشغال، القيام بوظيفتين، الاستغراق في المحادثات الشفوية، التسكع السيبراني في الانترنت) على عينة قوامها (60) موظفا من العديد من المؤسسات الغير أكاديمية، وباستخدام المعاملات الإحصائية المناسبة للتحقق من جميع فرضياته حيث تمثلت في مقاييس النزعة المركزية ومقاييس التشتت في الخطوة الاولى، وكخطوة ثانية بعد تحديد نوع المعاملات قام الباحث باستخدام برنامج الـ SPSS لاستخراج القيم الإحصائية الوصفية وقد توصل إلى النتيجة التالية: وجود ارتفاع في مستويات الانسحاب النفسي من العمل لدى حملة شهادة الدكتوراه الموظفين خارج قطاع التعليم العالي كما هناك ارتفاع في مستويات جميع أبعاده. This study aimed to know the levels of withdrawal from work among PhD holders who practice activities outside the university setting in the state of M’sila, where the researcher tested the psychological withdrawal scale from work consisting of five dimensions (daydreaming, pretending to be busy, doing two jobs, immersion in oral conversations, cyber loitering In the Internet) on a sample of (60) employees from many non-academic institutions, and using the appropriate statistical transactions to verify all its hypotheses, which were represented in the measures of central tendency and measures of dispersion in the first step, and as a second step after determining the type of transactions, the researcher used the SPSS program to extract the values The descriptive statistic has reached the following conclusion: There is an increase in the levels of psychological withdrawal from work among holders of a doctorate degree, employees outside the higher education sector, as well as an increase in the levels of all its dimensions.
