الترجمة النّوعية وأثرها في تعزيز الرّصيد العلمي للّغة العربية

الملخص
الملخص: تعدّ ترجمة العلوم والمعارف ترجمة نوعية قائمة على الانتقاء لما هو أنجع في بابه، وأنفع في مردوده، أمرا حتميا يسمح بضخّ دماء جديدة في أوصال لغتنا القومية، والعمل على تحيينها وعصرنتها لتواكب مستجدات العصر. وممّا لا شكّ فيه أنّ هذا الرّافد سيسهم بشكل فعّال في حيوية اللّغة العربية وعصرنتها. ولكي تؤتي هذه العملية أُكلها لا بدّ أن تكون موجّهة بعناية خاصّة، ومدروسة بطريقة علمية يتجلّى على إثرها الغثّ من السّمين. فما كلّ ما في المعارف الأجنبية صالحا لأن يؤخذ. وعلى هذا الأساس فإنّ التحدّيات التي تواجهنا في هذا المجال كامنة في درجة تفطننا لآثار الرصيد العلمي المترجم ووعينا الحقيقي بآثاره وتداعياته. ومن ثَمّ قدرتنا على انتقاء ما هو أنجع في بابه والإعراض عمّا سواه. وهو أمر يقتضي وجود هيئات علمية ترصد حركة الترجمة، وتوجّه عملها توجيها علميا مدروسا بعناية تضبط وتُربط فيه الوسائل الإجرائية بالمآلات والمقاصد الفكرية بناء على أنّ العبرة مرهونة بطبيعة الزّاد المترجم وفعاليته، وليس بكمّه وحجمه الذي قد يكون إثمه أكبر من نفعه. في هذا الإطار تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى رسم معالم الترجمة النّافعة. وتمثُّلِ سُبل النهوض بها لخدمة اللغة العربية خدمة نوعية في إطار فرق بحث علمية متخصّصة تعصمنا من الوقوع في متاهات ما لا جدوى منه. الكلمات المفتاحية: الترجمة النّوعية، تعزيز الرصيد العلمي، الانتقاء، حيوية اللّغة العربية. الفرق العلمية المتخصصة اقتصاد المعرفة، المنجزات العلمية. Abstract: Translating sciences and knowledge in a qualitative manner based on selecting what is most effective in its field and most beneficial in its outcome is an inevitable matter that allows for pumping new blood into the veins of the Arabic language and updating it in line with the requirements of the age. There is no doubt that this tributary will contribute effectively to the vitality and modernization of the Arabic language. In order for this process to bear fruit, it must be directed with special care and studied in a scientific manner that will reveal the good from the bad. Not everything in foreign knowledge is suitable to be taken. On this basis, the challenges we face in this field lie in the extent of our awareness of the effects and repercussions of the translated provision. Hence, our ability to select what is most effective in its category and ignore the rest. This requires the existence of scientific bodies that monitor the translation movement and direct its work with carefully studied scientific direction that controls and links the means to the ends because what matters is the quality and not the quantity, the sin of which is greater than its benefit. In this context, this research paper seeks to outline the features of useful translation. It represents ways to advance it to serve the Arabic language in a qualitative manner within the framework of specialized scientific research teams that protect us from falling into the labyrinths of what is useless.
