ملخص: يهدف البحث إلى إبراز مساهمة الأداء المعرفي في تطوير تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي AI في الصين، خاصة في الفترة الأخيرة: 2016-2024، مستخدما المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، معتمدا أساسا على بعض المؤشرات الهامة للأداء المعرفي (ذات التأثير على تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي)، تم التوصل إلى بعض النتائج: أكدت السياسات الحكومية الصينية "الصارمة" على تفعيل الدور الأساسي للتقدم المعرفي الشامل، النمو الاقتصادي المستمر ساهم بشكل كبير في تعزيز المجال المعرفي الذي دعم تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي AI، أسهم الترابط بين مؤشرات الأداء المعرفي الصيني في السنوات الأخيرة بشكل ملحوظ في تسريع وتيرة تطوير التقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي AI. كلمات مفتاحية: الأداء المعرفي، الذكاء الاصطناعي AI، الصين. تصنيفات JEL : O33، O14. Abstract: The research aims to highlight the contribution of cognitive performance in the development of artificial intelligence technologies. (AI) in China, especially in the recent period: 2016-2024, using the descriptive analytical approach, relying mainly on some important indicators of cognitive performance (with an impact on AI technologies), some results were reached: The "strict" Chinese government policies emphasized the activation of the fundamental role of comprehensive cognitive progress, the continuous economic growth contributed greatly to the enhancement of the cognitive field that supported AI technologies, the interconnection between Chinese cognitive performance indicators in recent years has significantly contributed to accelerating the pace of development of AI technologies.
