Abstract This article focuses on the importance of theaching and learning the Amazigh language through theatrical, such as Tawfik El-Hakim's play, adapted into amazigh culture. This study is based on data collected through a survey conducted via interviews with teachers and observation sessions of activities carried out in class. The analysis of the collected data revealed that the objectives of teaching theatre are to develop learners' language skills, help them express their emotions easily, and use gestures to convey messages. Learning through role-playing distracts learners, motivates them to work, and aids in their psychological development.
