الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مساهمة أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة في تعزيز التحول الرقمي بمركز الضرائب لولاية بتسمسيلت وفق أنموذج Marquatdt، ولتحقيق ذلك تم الاعتماد على عينة متكونة من 42 مفردة وتم إخضاع البيانات المجمعة من عينة الدراسة لاختبارات إحصائية وذلك باستخدام البرنامج التحليل الإحصائي22 spss ،ومن أبرز النتائج المتوصل إليها أن هناك علاقة قوية وموجبة بين أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة والتحول الرقمي.الرقمي Abstract: This study aims to know the contribution of the dimensions of the learning organization in enhancing digital transformation in the tax center of the state of Tissemsilt according to the Marquatdt model. To achieve this, a sample consisting of 42 individuals was relied upon, and the data collected from the study sample was subjected to statistical tests using the statistical analysis the spss v22program, and among the most prominent results obtained are It indicates that there is a strong and positive relationship between the dimensions of the learning organization and digital transformation
