الملخص
إن الواقع الذي نعيشه بكل ابعاده الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية يتطلب منا العودة باستمرار إلى المناهج التعليمية في مختلف مستوياتها والعمل على إصلاحها وتطويرها ومراجعة مدى استجابتها لهذه التحولات وتلبيتها لمتطلبات سياسة التخطيط التي تنتهجها الأنظمة. ولأن التربية والتعليم نواة أساسية في المجتمع وفي تقدمه العلمي فإن الوعي بالتحولات العالمية المعاصرة يبدا بالمناهج الدراسية، فأين تكمن أهميتها، وما هي المنطلقات لإصلاحها وتطويرها في ظل معايير الجودة، وما مرتكزات الاصلاح الذي تراهن عليه المدرسة الجزائرية، واللجنة الوطنية للمناهج؟ The reality we live in in all its economic, social and political dimensions requires us to constantly return to educational curricula at various levels in order to reform and develop them and review the extent to which they respond to these transformations and meet the requirements of the planning policy pursued by the regimes. Because education is an essential nucleus in society and in its scientific progress, awareness of contemporary global transformations begins with school curricula, so where does its importance lie, what are the starting points for reforming and developing it under quality standards, and what are the foundations of the reform that the Algerian school and the National Curriculum Committee are betting on.
