الملخص
يعتبر الفساد من أهم وأخطر الظواهر العالمية التي تهدد الدولة وضمان أمنها الاجتماعي بجميع أبعاده، هذه الظاهرة جذبت انتباه السلطات الرسمية في البلاد والعديد من المنظمات الدولية، وكذلك الباحثين في مختلف المجالات مثل الاقتصاد والقانون والعلوم السياسية وعلم الاجتماع ، لذلك أصبح القضاء على هذه الآفة ومحاصرتها من أهم أولويات المؤسسات والهيئات والأفراد في الوقت الحالي، فمكافحة الفساد تدعو إلى تحديد معنى هذا المفهوم ، مع توضيح أسباب شعبيته في المجتمع وتوضيح أبرز أشكاله وأشكاله.التأثير السياسي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي الناجم عن هذه الظاهرة ، وطرق مكافحتها ، والتقليل من تأثيرها السلبي. Summary: Corruption is considered one of the most important and dangerous global phenomena that threatens the state and the guarantee of its social security in all its dimensions. This phenomenon has attracted the attention of the official authorities in the country and many international organizations, as well as researchers in various fields such as economics, law, political science, and sociology. Therefore, eliminating and besieging this scourge has become a must. The most important priorities of institutions, bodies and individuals at the present time. Combating corruption calls for defining the meaning of this concept, clarifying the reasons for its popularity in society and clarifying its most prominent forms and forms. The political, economic and social impact resulting from this phenomenon, and ways to combat it and reduce its negative impact.
