الملخص
The right to a clean environment is a third-generation human right that requires collective efforts for its protection. This study examines how the Algerian Constitution and comparative legal systems recognize this right and the legal consequences of its constitutional enshrinement. It also highlights the role of constitutional courts in ensuring compliance with environmental laws to support sustainable development.
