الملخص

Climate change has negatively affected the environment. International efforts have led to the adoption of international environmental agreements, including the establishment of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, followed by the Kyoto Protocol and the Paris Agreement, all aimed at limiting greenhouse gas emissions. In addition, countries sought to establish a set of principles that guide the agreements in formulating their commitments in a manner that aligns with the specificities of climate issues.
