الملخص
يشهد سوق العمل تحولات جذرية بسبب التقدم السريع في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي، مما يثير العديد من التساؤلات حول مستقبل مناصب العمل والوظائف وكيفية تأثرها بهذا التطور التكنولوجي الهائل، سيما وان الامر يتعلق بفقدان الوظائف ومناصب العمل والاستبدال العمالة البشرية بأنظمة ذكية، الى جانب التفاوت في المهارات وما يحدثه من انعكاسات مثل البطالة في العديد من المجالات خاصة الصحة، التكنولوجيا التصنيع التسويق والمبيعات النقل والخدمات وغيرها. تفرض الإجابة عن هذه الإشكالية الوقوف على الاثار السلبية للذكاء الاصطناعي على سوق العمل وكذا الحلول الممكنة لذلك. The labor market is witnessing radical transformations due to the rapid progress in the field of artificial intelligence, which raises many questions about the future of jobs and positions and how they are affected by this tremendous technological development, especially since it is related to the loss of jobs and positions and the replacement of human labor with smart systems, in addition to the disparity in skills and its repercussions such as unemployment in many fields, especially health, technology, manufacturing, marketing and sales, transportation, services, and others. The answer to this problem requires standing on the negative effects of artificial intelligence on the labor market as well as the possible solutions for that.
