الملخص
ملخص: تعالج هذه الدراسة حضور المرأة ودورها الاجتماعي ببايلك قسنطينة في القرنيين العاشر والحادي عشر هجريين (16-17م) .مع التركيز على نقطتين رئيسيتين : الاولى مساهمة المرأة ودورها في التكافل الاجتماعي بالنسبة للأسرة والمجتمع على حد سواء ، والثانية تناولت الدور الذي لعبته المرأة في المجال الطبي وخاصة طب النساء (القابلة ).وهذا انطلاقا من نوازل ابن الفكون ، هذه النوازل تعد من اهم المصادر التي تناولت التاريخ الاجتماعي للبايلك في فترة قلت وندرت فيها المصادر . Abstract: This study deals with the presence of women and their social role in Bailek Constantine in the tenth and eleventh centuries (16-17). This focuses on two main points of this role: first: the contribution of women and their role in social solidarity for the family and the society; Second :the role of Women in the medical field, especially gynecology (midwife). This is based on Nawazil of Ibn el-Feggoun (the contemporary issues of Ibn el-Feggoun ). These Nawazil are one of the most important sources that dealt with the social history of Bailek in a period in which the sources were scarce.
