Authors : Mihoubi Mourad .

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the obstacles encountered in the implementation of motor education activities at the kindergartens level. The study focused on a certain number of educators, men and women, exercising their functions at the level of these institutes located in the city of Biskra during the current year 2023-2024. They were selected in a simple random manner, their number in the current study reached(112), the method of descriptive analysis was used and a questionnaire was specially prepared as a data collection tool, in addition to the use of methods appropriate statistics such as the Spearman-Brown coefficient to determine the validity of the tool and the Pearson coefficient to determine the reliability coefficient, the percentages of repetition of educators' responses to the questionnaire statements. And the chi-square test to calculate the differences and determine the significance of their answers to the questions. The results showed that despite the efforts made by the Algerian legislator to regulate the work of kindergartens, particularly with regard to the provision of appropriate motor education content to children, the reality on the ground is not yet up to par. of these aspirations because the majority of these institutes are not sufficiently qualified in terms of management and do not have the necessary equipment and infrastructure for this type of learning, and the majority of educators are not trained and do not have no precise knowledge about motor education and the importance of fun and motor activities in improving the motor and psychomotor development of the child. Furthermore, the absence of a national program that organizes and controls the work of the educator makes it difficult to provide appropriate motor education content for the child. The results highlight the need for comprehensive strategies to overcome these obstacles and improve the implementation of motor education activities in kindergartens. This may involve improving program planning, providing adequate training and support for educators, ensuring the safety and security of children, diversify activities, strengthen administrative support for educators, and provide technical advice to them.
