This study examines the impact of digital orientation on the quality of healthcare services, conceptualizing digital orientation as the independent variable and healthcare service quality as the dependent variable. It specifically explores the role of digitalization in enhancing service performance at the “Kadri Mohamed” Public Hospital Institution in Naama Province. The study adopts a descriptive-analytical approach and employs a structured questionnaire as the primary instrument for data collection. The findings indicate a statistically significant effect of digital orientation, across its administrative, technical, human, and financial dimensions, on the quality of healthcare services. These results highlight the importance for healthcare institutions to adopt comprehensive digital strategies to enhance performance and service quality. Furthermore, the study emphasizes the need to establish adequate infrastructural conditions to ensure the effective implementation of digital transformation initiatives.
