صدمة الاعتداء الجنسي في مرحلة الطفولة: آثارها، مآلها وأساليب مقترحة للتكفل النفسي بالضحايا (دراسة لأربع حالات)

الملخص
ملخص هدف هذه الدراسة هو الكشف عن أعراض الصدمة النفسية الناتجة عن الاعتداء الجنسي في الطفولة وآثارها الطويلة المدى ومحاولة اقتراح مجموعة من الاساليب للتكفل النفسي بالضحية. لتحقيق هذه الاهداف قمنا بإجراء دراسة لأربع حالات لراشدين تعرضوا للاعتداء الجنسي في الطفولة (2 ذكور و2 إناث)، وهذا بالاعتماد على منهج دراسة الحالة، وتم ذلك عن طريق المقابلة نصف الموجهة. بعد تحليل محتوى المقابلات مع الحالات توصلنا إلى أن آثار الصدمة النفسية جراء الاعتداء الجنسي على الطفل تمتد إلى مرحلة الرشد وقد تمثلت هذه الآثار في الشعور بالذنب، وتأنيب الضمير، احتقار الذات وإعادة معايشة أحداث الصدمة من خلال المواضيع التي لها علاقة بالاعتداء الجنسي، بالإضافة إلى صعوبة في تكوين علاقة مع الجنس الآخر ورغبة في الثأر والانتقام، كما توصلت النتائج إلى أن درجة العنف الممارس على الطفل وعدد مرات الاعتداء عليه والدعم الاسري متغيرات هامة تحدد آثار ومآل هذه الصدمة النفسية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الصدمة النفسية؛ الاعتداء الجنسي؛ مرحلة الطفولة؛ أساليب التكفل النفسي. Abstract: The aim of this study is to detect the symptoms of psychological trauma resulting from sexual assault in childhood and its long-term effects and to try suggesting a set of methods for psychological care of the victim. To achieve these objectives, we conducted a study of four adult cases of sexual assault in childhood (2 males and 2 females), based on the case study approach, which was conducted through a half-targeted interview. Using the interview guide to collect data. After analyzing the content of the interviews with the four cases, we concluded that the effects of psychological trauma resulting from sexual assault on the child extend to adulthood. These effects were represented in guilt, remorse, self-loathing and re-experience of traumatic events, in addition to the difficulty in forming a relationship with the opposite sex and the desire for revenge. The results also found that the degree of violence practiced on the child and the number of times of assault against him and family support are important variables that determine the effects and outcome of this psychological trauma.
