أثر صدمة الاعتداء الجنسي على البروفيل النفسي للطفل المعتدى عليه (دراسة عيادية لحالة بولاية أدرار)

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر صدمة الاعتداء الجنسي على البروفيل النفسي لدى الطفل المعتدى عليه من خلال معرفة أثر هذه الصدمة في ظهور أعراض الاكتئاب، ومستوى تقدير الذات وتشوه صورة الجسم لدى الطفل المعتدى عليه، تم استخدام المنهج العيادي، حيث شملت عينة الدراسة حالة واحدة طبق عليها اختبار تفهم الموضوع للصغار (C.A.T) وبعد إجراء المقابلة والملاحظة العياديتين وعرض النتائج وتحليلها تم التوصل إلى: وجود آثار لصدمة الاعتداء الجنسي على البروفيل النفسي الطفل المعتدى عليه والمتمثلة في: الصورة السلبية نحو الذات، الصراعات النفسية، الانطواء والعزلة، العدوان، اضطرابات جنسية. افتقاد الحالة الشعور بالتعلق الآمن بالوالدين خصوصا الأب، كما أظهرت النتائج وجو تشوه صورة الجسم وتدني في مستوى تقدير الذات لدى الطفل المعتدى عليه. بالإضافة إلى فشل الحالة في تأكيد الذات بسبب الصراعات النفسية التي تظهر من خلال الاستجابات، ومعاناة الحالة من أعراض اكتآبية حادة. The study aimed to identify the impact of the trauma of sexual assault on the psychological profile of the abused child by knowing the impact of this trauma on the emergence of symptoms of depression, the level of self-esteem and distorted body image of the abused child. The clinical approach was used, as the study sample included one case applied. It has to test the subject's understanding of the situation for children (C.A.T). After conducting the clinical interview and observation and presenting and analyzing the results, it was concluded that: there are traces of the trauma of sexual assault on the psychological profile of the abused child, which are: negative self-image, psychological conflicts, introversion and isolation, aggression, and sexual disorders. The condition lacks a sense of secure attachment to the parents, especially the father. The results also showed an atmosphere of distorted body image and a low level of self-esteem among the abused child. In addition to the case's failure to assert oneself due to the psychological conflicts that appear through the responses, the case suffers from severe depressive symptoms.
