واقع كشف،تشخيص،وتقييم اضطراب طيف التوحد من طرف الاختصاصيين الارطوفونيين في الجزائر

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة واقع عملية كشف، تشخيص وتقييم اضطراب طيف التوحد من طرف المختص الأرطوفوني في الجزائر، ولتحقيق ذلك اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي ،بلغ حجم العينة 100 مختص أرطوفوني جزائري من 22 ولاية اختيرت بطريقة عشوائية وقام الباحث ببناء استمارة ضمت مجموعة من الأسئلة عن الاختبارات المستعملة في الكشف ، التشخيص والتقييم، والاختبارات المكملة والمسؤول عن عملية تشخيص اضطراب طيف التوحد ،قمنا بتحليل النتائج عن طريق برنامج إكسال 2007 وتوصلنا لوجود اختلاف في استعمال الاختبارات في عمليات الكشف والتشخيص والتقييم ، مع وجود نسبة فاقت 50% لاستخدام اختبار م شات (MCHAT)في الكشف واختبار كارز (CARS)في التقييم والتشخيص، كما بينت النتائج عدم توافق في الاختبارات المكملة المطلوبة لعملية التشخيص ،وعدم وجود اتفاق بين الممارسين حول من يتحمل مسؤولية التشخيص . Abstract : The current study aimed to understand the reality of the process of detecting, diagnosing, and evaluating Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) by speech therapists in Algeria. To achieve this, we adopted a descriptive methodology. The sample size consisted of 100 Algerian speech therapists from 22 randomly selected provinces. The researcher developed a questionnaire that included a set of questions about the tests used in detection, diagnosis, and evaluation, as well as supplementary tests and the responsibility for diagnosing ASD. We analyzed the results using Excel 2007 and found differences in the use of tests for detection, diagnosis, and evaluation, with more than 50% of respondents using the M-CHAT for detection and the CARS for evaluation and diagnosis. The results also indicated inconsistencies in the supplementary tests required for the diagnosis process and differences in responses regarding who is responsible for the diagnosis.
