Abstract: This study aimed to assess the effectiveness and impact of vocational training programs at a university, focusing on various dimensions such as self-confidence, personal improvement, job skills enhancement, and professional relationships. Using a structured questionnaire distributed to university users, the study analyzed data to determine mean levels and standard deviations of responses, as well as to explore differences based on demographic factors like gender, experience, and training duration. The results indicated that while the overall perception of vocational training was average, with a higher emphasis on self-confidence and personal improvement, no significant differences were found based on gender, experience, or training duration. These findings suggest a generally positive but uniform perception of the training programs, pointing to areas where enhancements could be made to improve their impact
